My fee is $200 per session, and I have several sliding scale openings. I accept private pay and Anthem Blue Cross insurance. If you have insurance other than Anthem with out of network benefits, I can provide documentation so that you can apply for reimbursement from your insurance company. Please check with your insurer to determine whether or not they provide out of network reimbursement.
Because I am not on the Medi-Cal panel, I cannot see patients who have Medi-Cal as their primary insurance provider. If you have Medi-Cal and live in Contra Costa County, you can call Contra Costa County Access at 888-678-7277 or call/text 211 for referrals. For Alameda County, call 800-491-9099.
